Locksmith Services - Includes 2 x lock change & a police approved key safe supplied and installed upon request
Security confirmation – All doors, windows, and perimeter points checked and secured
Mail management – Post removed to ensure the property presents as actively managed and secure
Water & heating safety – Water supply isolated and system fully drained where appropriate.

Appliance & utility isolation – All appliances switched off and utilities safely isolated where required
Utility meter readings – Readings recorded with photographic evidence for billing accuracy and compliance
Condition Report– Any defects, issues, or risks identified and escalated for prompt instruction
Perishables removed – Minor perishable food items removed to maintain hygiene and prevent pest issues
Estate
Valuables & assets – Items of potential value identified and flagged for review by a qualified valuer
Photographic inventory – Full photographic record of all rooms, gardens, and external outbuildings, including front and rear elevations
Geo Mapped - All reports are time, date and location stamped to provide insurer compliance
